The Brief
Equal Experts is a consultancy of senior technologists who design, deliver and scale custom software products and data. QBRE's fit-out of their office at The Stock House on Britton Street, EC1, set out a working floor, a collaboration floor and a client and events floor.
The joinery centred on the tea points, with a new navy tea point for the collaboration floor and new doors and handles to refresh an existing one.

The Client
WSG Joinery worked as sub-contractor to Quarterback Real Estate (QBRE), delivering the bespoke joinery package to QBRE's design for Equal Experts.
The Works
On the collaboration floor, the layout made room for a new tea point. We built a run of base and wall units with Howdens Greenwich Navy slab doors, a Himacs solid surface worktop cut out for the sink and a boiling water tap, and two oak shelves set beside the wall cupboards.
Elsewhere in the building, we refreshed an existing tea point by fitting new sage green shaker doors and brass-finish handles across the base, wall and tall units already in place.
The bespoke joinery package included:
Collaboration Floor Tea Point
- Base and wall units with Howdens Greenwich Navy slab doors and T-bar handles, including a three-drawer unit.
- Himacs Venus solid surface worktop with cut-outs for the sink and boiling water tap.
- Two oak open shelves beside the wall cupboards.
Existing Tea Point Refresh
- New sage green shaker doors across the existing base, wall and tall units.
- Brass-finish T-bar handles on doors and drawers, with long bar handles on the tall unit.
