For the Vayner Media office, WSG Joinery collaborated closely with Peldon Rose’s technical design team to craft bespoke joinery solutions that seamlessly integrated with the challenging structural requirements of the space while maintaining an aesthetic and functional appeal.
Project Goals and Challenges
The project required the design, engineering, and installation of bespoke bleacher seating, ensuring compliance with structural regulations and load-bearing capacities.
The bleacher seating featured a unique combination of green metal and timber finishes, designed to harmonise with the space’s visual identity. Additionally, the structure necessitated intricate engineering to support higher-level loadings, incorporating structural steel and timber frameworks.
Beyond creating the seating, the task extended to designing and installing steel balustrades with a perforated hole pattern, applied both to the bleacher staircase and the perimeter opening in the concrete ceiling.
A custom reception desk, tailored to fit around a structural column, further showcased WSG Joinery’s ability to deliver precision-crafted and onsite-adapted solutions.
